Agrinova Impex sources, inspects, stores and delivers agricultural commodities in bulk, from origin to your plant gate. When you'd rather have suppliers compete for the order, our own reverse-auction platform runs the tender.
Most bulk purchases go wrong in the gap between the sample and the truck. Agrinova Impex closes that gap by owning the steps in between — origin sourcing, quality control at intake, scientific storage, and dispatch against a named lot.
We are an agricultural commodity and supply-chain company: four trading desks, one warehouse operation, and a procurement platform that puts our own buying out to competitive tender. Domestic buyers and export buyers are served from the same stock, with the same testing and the same paperwork.
Sourcing and trading in dry fruits, cocoa, cattle feed raw materials, oilseeds and fibre — contracted by grade, quantity and delivery basis.
A 5,00,000 sq ft storage footprint with fumigation, aeration, moisture control, lot identification and traceable dispatch.
Our reverse-auction platform. Verified vendors bid down on published tenders; you see every bid, every rank and the award trail.
The data layer: producer and processor databases, tender history, price references and origin research that inform how we buy.
Every line below is contracted against a written specification — grade, moisture, packing, treatment and delivery basis. Pick a desk to see how we describe a lot.
Kernels are graded, not guessed. We supply white wholes, scorched wholes, splits, butts and pieces to packers, roasters and retail brands, alongside raw cashew nut lots for processors. Almonds, walnuts, pistachios, raisins and dates run on the same desk for buyers consolidating a dry-fruit basket into one container.
Most of our cocoa comes out of West Africa — Ghana, Ivory Coast and Nigeria are the backbone of the world crop — with Indonesia and South America covering the rest of the book. Cocoa moves on two numbers: fat and pH. We supply natural and alkalized powder in both the low-fat and high-fat bands, fermented and sun-dried beans by count, and cocoa butter for chocolate and personal-care lines. Every consignment ships with a certificate of analysis against the agreed band, not a generic datasheet.
The feed desk is a volume business with a tight quality window: protein, fibre and moisture decide the price, and a wet load is a rejected load. We supply dairy unions, cattle and poultry feed mills and aqua feed plants by truck, rake or container, with analysis declared per lot before dispatch.
Gujarat sits on top of the guar and sesame belt, and we buy where the crop is. Sesame moves to food and oil buyers on purity grades, guar seed feeds the churi, korma and gum chain, and cotton and cotton seed run for spinning and crushing buyers.
Cashew, cocoa and sesame do not all peak in the same months or the same hemispheres. We work with suppliers, processors and shippers across West Africa, South East Asia, Latin America and the Indian crop belts, so a buyer can be covered through the season instead of only at arrival time.
Origin lots sourced through established suppliers and shippers, inspected before shipment and cleared on arrival in India for our own processing customers and for re-export.
Indonesia and Vietnam cover the processed end of our book — cocoa powder and butter against fat and pH bands, graded kernels, and feed by-products for the cattle feed desk.
Used where a buyer needs a specific flavour profile or a documented origin trail for their own customers, rather than the cheapest available tonne.
Gujarat and the neighbouring belts are our home market: bought at mandi and mill level, stored at Himmatnagar, and delivered domestically or shipped out of the Gujarat ports.
A lot enters our system with an identity — origin, supplier, grade, weight, test results — and keeps it until it leaves on a delivery note. That is what lets us answer "which lot was this?" three months later, and what makes a claim resolvable instead of arguable.
Origin and mandi-level suppliers, mapped by commodity and season.
Grade, quantity, packing, tolerance and basis fixed in writing.
Sampling and testing at intake before the load is accepted.
Stacked by lot, fumigated, aerated, moisture monitored.
Truck, rake or container, booked against a lorry receipt.
Weighment, documents and analysis released with the goods.
Every intake is sampled, numbered and tagged. Retained samples are held against the lot until it is fully dispatched.
Moisture, protein, fibre, oil content, purity and count — checked against the contracted band, not a generic datasheet.
Scheduled fumigation, aeration and pest management in store, with certificates issued for export consignments.
Cleaning, grading and metal-detector screening before loading, so what leaves the shed matches the packing declaration.
Independent pre-shipment inspection and analysis arranged on request, at origin, at our warehouse or at load port.
Certificate of analysis, weighment slip, lorry receipt, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, invoice and bill of lading.
Our Himmatnagar operation spans a footprint of about 5,00,000 sq ft, planned and used for commodity storage rather than general goods: stacking by lot, controlled moisture, aeration, and dispatch only against a released instruction. Storage infrastructure and record-keeping are being aligned to Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (WDRA) norms as the operation scales.
Illustrative stock register view
Buyers who are about to commit to a contract usually want to see where the goods sit before they see the invoice. These are our own facility and lots — not stock imagery.

When Agrinova buys a tendered lot, verified vendors compete live instead of trading quotes over phone calls. Everyone sees their rank; nobody sees anybody's name. The award trail stays on record.
Vendor signs up as a proprietorship, partnership or private limited entity and uploads the documents for that structure.
We check registration, GST, bank details and trade references before any tender is visible to the vendor.
Commodity, specification, quantity, delivery point, timeline and bid rules go out to the qualified vendor pool.
Vendors bid down within the decrement rule and see their live rank. Late bids extend the clock automatically.
The lot is awarded on price and qualification. The bid history stays attached to the order as an audit trail.
If you buy in tonnes and your plant rejects on numbers, we are built for you. Retail-quantity enquiries are better served by our packer customers, and we will point you to one.
Cattle feed raw materials on tender or contract, delivered to plant.
Cattle, poultry and aqua feed manufacturers buying by rake or truck.
Cocoa powder, butter and beans against fat and pH bands.
Graded kernels and nuts in tins, pouches or buyer-marked packs.
Ingredient supply with certificate of analysis per consignment.
Raw cashew, oilseeds and guar seed for downstream processing.
Structured tenders, vendor onboarding and audit-ready bid records.
FOB and CFR shipments with full documentation support.
We plan the movement with the purchase, not after it — because a lot sitting at the wrong end of the country is a cost, not an asset.
20–32 MT truck loads booked against a lorry receipt under the Carriage by Road Act, with legal loading and RTO norms respected.
Rake movement for high-volume feed lines where freight per tonne decides whether the trade works at all.
20' and 40' FCL through Mundra, Kandla, Pipavav and Nhava Sheva, with stuffing at factory or at our warehouse.
Ex-warehouse and FOR domestic; FOB, CFR and CIF for export, with the certificate set your bank and customs need.
Send the grade, tonnage and delivery point and we will come back with availability, packing options and a price basis. Suppliers and vendors can use the same form to start onboarding for Agrinova Bids.
Counterparties and banks can verify us before the first contract. Registration numbers below are shown so a buyer or vendor can check them against the issuing authority's own records.
Registration numbers above can be verified with the issuing authority: FSSAI on the FoSCoS portal, IEC and RCMC with DGFT and APEDA, GSTIN on the GST portal, and the LEI on the GLEIF search. Authority names and marks belong to the respective issuing bodies and are shown only to indicate our registration with them, alongside the licence or registration number in each case.
